wrote more than the declared Content-Length

背景

SSE接口偶现 http: wrote more than the declared Content-Length, 交替伴随其空指针.

问题rootcase为 接口handler返回后协程尝试写入 ResponseWriter ，违反了协议规定（由于没有同步，写入可能在任意时刻发生 这就是空指针跟more than 错误交替出现）。
