C++ tinyxml 读取中文乱码

环境：Win7 x64,VS2015

VS2015使用tinyxml读取xml时，中文内容为乱码！

解决办法：

方法一：使用ANSI编码，编码格式GB2312。（推荐）

方法二：转码
