使用eclipse打包cocos2dx 3.13.1出现的特殊问题

1.无法正常使用cdt编译c++代码
原因：文件proj.android中缺少build_native.py，从其他低版本引擎项目中拷贝过来即可

2. elipse 报出An internal error occurred during: “C/C++ Indexer”. java.lang.NullPointerExcption 错误
删除文件proj.android -> .cproject里的这一段即可
