错误：

fatal error C1189: #error : This file requires _WIN32_WINNT to be #defined at least to 0x0403. Value 0x0501 or higher is recommended.

解决方法：

谷歌大叔：

百度网友：

起因：从VC6转过来的工程吧，或者使用空工程建立的，没有用向导。

向导建立的工程会自己定义一个操作系统的版本

在stdafx.h或stdafx.cpp的头部添加:#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0501 (推荐) 换一个比较大的值试试。

也遇到这个问题了，
添加:#define _WIN32_WINNT 0x0501
可以解决那个报错，但是又出来另外的报错了，不过楼上各位的方法给了我一个思路
下面是彻底解决方法：
在工程的stdafx.h中添加（如有类似语句，需注释掉）
