系统说明

由需求调研所掌握的用户需求进行分析[6]，确定学生宿舍设备报修系统的角色有两种，学生及管理员。学生主要为普通用户，仅对信息进行查看。而管理员可以管理学生，对宿舍报修管理[7]，进行一系列的增删改查操作。

（1）学生用户功能主要包括了首页、登录注册、新闻公告、维修规则、用户菜单、报损报修、意见反馈等功能。

（2）管理员用户功能主要包括了首页、登录注册、新闻公告、维修规则、用户菜单、报损报修、意见反馈等功能。

（3）维修工功能主要包括了维修工信息管理、报修信息管理、维修评价信息管理等功能功能。

3.1.2 系统的功能用例图

宿舍报修管理系统采用B/S的设计模式，为用户更加方便快捷地使用宿舍报修管理系统。

主要实现以下几个功能：

（1）学生用户模块功能

首页模块，系统菜单浏览、置顶新闻浏览、新闻公告浏览、维修规则浏览。新闻公告模块，可以阅读系统热门文章以及分页展示新闻公告。维修规则模块，用户可以分页浏览系统的维修规则文章。用户菜单，包括个人信息的修改以及密码的修改查看。报损报修，提交报损报修信息并查看个人报损报修信息。意见反馈，提交个人意见并查看个人意见列表。

（2）管理员功能模块

管理员信息管理，对管理员信息进行增删改查操作。学生用户信息管理，对学生用户信息进行增删改查。维修工信息管理，对维修工信息进行增删改查。维修类型信息管理，对维修类型信息进行维护。宿舍楼信息管理，管理系统的宿舍楼栋信息。学生报修信息管

理，对学生的报修信息进行人员分派、删除等操作。维修评价信息管理，对维修工维修后的评价信息进行管理。网站栏目信息管理，管理网站的栏目信息。网站内容信息管理，对系统新闻内容进行管理。意见反馈信息管理，对用户提交的意见反馈进行管理。管理员子系统用例图如图2所示。

（3）维修工功能模块

维修工信息管理，管理维修工个人信息编辑查看。报修信息管理，对报修信息进行管理。维修评价信息，管理查看个人维修内容的评价信息。维修工子系统用例图如图3所示。

环境需要

1.运行环境：最好是java jdk 1.8，我们在这个平台上运行的。其他版本理论上也可以。
2.IDE环境：IDEA，Eclipse,Myeclipse都可以。推荐IDEA;
3.tomcat环境：Tomcat 7.x,8.x,9.x版本均可
4.硬件环境：windows 7/8/10 1G内存以上；或者 Mac OS；
5.数据库：MySql 5.7版本；
6.是否Maven项目：否；

技术栈

1. 后端：Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis
2. 前端：JSP+CSS+JavaScript+jQuery

使用说明

1. 使用Navicat或者其它工具，在mysql中创建对应名称的数据库，并导入项目的sql文件；
2. 使用IDEA/Eclipse/MyEclipse导入项目，Eclipse/MyEclipse导入时，若为maven项目请选择maven;
若为maven项目，导入成功后请执行maven clean;maven install命令，然后运行；
3. 将项目中springmvc-servlet.xml配置文件中的数据库配置改为自己的配置;
4. 运行项目，在浏览器中输入http://localhost:8080/ 登录
