Win10 Anaconda 安装tensorflow-gpu遇到的问题以及解决方案

对于window10安装tensorflow，tensorflow官网已经有比较好的教程

下面我主要来说下我在安装的过程中遇到的问题

1、使用pip安装过程中，pip安装过慢导致超时

2、使用pip安装成功后，执行程序报错
