批处理一键打开多个应用程序

正经学徒，佛系记录，不搞事情

上班第一件事：打开电脑，打开idea，打开有道，打开navicat，打开钉钉，打开mongochef，打开......

使用批处理后：打开电脑，双击批处理文件

新建批处理文件内容如下，具体应用自行修改 quickStart.bat：

运行带中文的路径会乱码，保存bat文件的时候需要注意编码设置为ANSI
