The answer to the client is , "sure, but don't expect any scalability , future-proofing or possibility of spec changes  or new features.It's essentially going to be an MVC or POC in production . "

 Somebody with small budget comes small rersponsibility.

1.  When discussing your service,  if a client asks for a lower price, if a client ask for a lower price, you can calmly reject their offer and reassert that it will be the full price based on their requirements. if you want to , you can elaborate(详细说明、详细阐述、精心制作) on the many factors that go into your pricing strategry, but it's not essential.
