现代经济快节奏发展以及不断完善升级的信息化技术，让传统数据信息的管理升级为软件存储，归纳，集中处理数据信息的管理方式。本客户关系管理系统就是在这样的大环境下诞生，其可以帮助管理者在短时间内处理完毕庞大的数据信息，使用这种软件工具可以帮助管理人员提高事务处理效率，达到事半功倍的效果。此客户关系管理系统利用当下成熟完善的SpringBoot框架，使用跨平台的可开发大型商业网站的Java语言，以及最受欢迎的RDBMS应用软件之一的Mysql数据库进行程序开发。实现了用户在线选择试题并完成答题，在线查看考核分数。管理员管理字典管理、沟通记录管理、客户管理、客户积分管理、客户线索管理、员工管理、管理员管理等功能。客户关系管理系统的开发根据操作人员需要设计的界面简洁美观，在功能模块布局上跟同类型网站保持一致，程序在实现基本要求功能时，也为数据信息面临的安全问题提供了一些实用的解决方案。可以说该程序在帮助管理者高效率地处理工作事务的同时，也实现了数据信息的整体化，规范化与自动化。
4.2 系统功能结构设计
在分析并得出使用者对程序的功能要求时，就可以进行程序设计了。如图4.2展示的就是管理员功能结构图，管理员在后台主要管理字典管理、沟通记录管理、客户管理、客户积分管理、客户线索管理、员工管理、管理员管理等。

5.1 管理员功能介绍
5.1.1 客户管理列表
如图5.1显示的就是客户管理列表页面，此页面提供给管理员的功能有：查看客户管理、新增客户管理、修改客户管理、删除客户管理等。

5.1.2 沟通记录信息管理
沟通记录信息管理页面提供的功能操作有：新增沟通记录，修改沟通记录，删除沟通记录操作。下图就是沟通记录信息管理页面。

5.1.3沟通记录类型管理
沟通记录类型管理页面显示所有沟通记录类型，在此页面既可以让管理员添加新的沟通记录信息类型，也能对已有的沟通记录类型信息执行编辑更新，失效的沟通记录类型信息也能让管理员快速删除。下图就是沟通记录类型管理页面。
