hosts内容为乱码，修改权限不足，且无法通过第三方软件强制删除

本人是在用steamcommunity时发现hosts无法被写入，无法手动修改（提示权限不够），360强制删除也删不了
看了一下发现是权限不够，网上说的那些给权限的方法也不行
但是有一个万能的方法，而且网上都不怎么说的就是进安全模式进行修改

W10在控制面板→更新和安全→恢复→高级启动（立即重启）→重启后选择疑难解答→高级选项→重启后按F4进入安全模式
这个时候就可以修改了，注意安全模式没法联网

右键hosts→安全→选择自己的用户（你开机叫什么就选什么）→编辑将权限都给自己→
确定后高级→将所有者更改→高级→立即查找→在搜索结果里面找到自己的用户→确定→
确定→应用，确定→确定
这样重启后就又能手动更改hosts了
