１．　MySQL Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.18, for Linux (x86_64) using  EditLine wrapper

　　解决方法：

　　使用MySQL root用户登录 设置
set global explicit_defaults_for_timestamp=1; 重新安装gerrit即可 新版本的mysql timestamp默认值的问题需要手动配置一下

2. ubuntu 16.04 ssh 7.0 issue

error message:
Unable to negotiate with legacyhost: no matching key exchange method found.
Their offer: diffie-hellman-group1-sha1

solution:
ssh -oKexAlgorithms=+diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 user@legacyhost

or in the ~/.ssh/config file:

Host somehost.example.org
	KexAlgorithms +diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
