windows 安装完eclipse后打开工程出现program “g++” not found in PATH和program “gcc” not found in PATH

环境：windows 10
现象：安装完eclipse之后打开工程出现如下图所示错误；

错误代码：

解决方法：
1、下载MinGW[官方网址](http://www.mingw.org/)

2、安装MinGW
双击上图的exe文件，一直下一步，知道最后面的continue里面选择gcc/g++库，下图是我选择的
