[Cmusphinx] install problem

When I install the cmuphinxbase , the error as bellow:

configure: error: in `/home/xmh/Downloads/sphinxbase-5prealpha':

  Could not link test program to Python. Maybe the main Python library has been
  installed in some non-standard library path. If so, pass it to configure,
  via the LDFLAGS environment variable.

We should install python2.7-dev to finish the development of config.

sudo apt-get install python2.7-dev
