片云，java 发送短信

5个注意的点

1，手机号，这个不会错。

2，key，需要去片云平台申请，

3, 模板编号，模板需要创建，向平台申请，审批通过之后才能使用（）

4，注意注意，这点容易错，替换模板中的内容，模板需要对称，

5，导入的jar,后面有pom,
