原因是英伟达的Driver/library版本不匹配

library的版本可通过nvcc -V查看

所以我要把cuda toolkit升级到10.1

原因如它的log所述：“Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is not installed, this may lead to the DLL load failure.”

解决方法：下载Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable。
