    osm格式是OpenStreetMap的数据格式，可以通过在ArcGIS Desktop中使用ArcGIS Editor for OSM将osm文件转换为shapefile文件。

一、下载ArcGIS Editor for OSM

ArcGIS Editor for OSM就是基于ArcGIS Desktop的一个扩展工具，ArcGIS Desktop原生安装包中并没有集成，需要下载然后手动安装。

ArcGIS Editor for OSM可以直接去ESRI官网下载，注意版本要和已安装的ArcGIS Desktop版本匹配。

二、安装ArcGIS Editor for OSM

    由于我安装的是ArcGIS Desktop 10.5，所以我当然选择下载ArcGIS Editor for OSM 10.5的安装包。

    下载完成后解压，并进入ArcGISOSMEditor10_5_x64目录，点击setup.exe开始安装：

    直接傻瓜式安装，安装完成！

三、使用ArcGIS Editor for OSM

    打开ArcMap，可以发现ArcToolBox中新增了OpenStreetMap Toolbox工具箱：

    点击Load OSM  File：

    

    选择要导入的osm文件和将存放的地理数据库：

    点击确定，转换完成后，数据就被放置在刚才设置的地理数据库中：
