1.技术支持和用户使用条款

1.用户在进行注册程序过程中点击“同意”按钮即表示用户完全接受本协议项下的全部条款。

2.用户注册成功后，将给予每个用户一个用户帐号及相应的密码，该用户帐号和密码由用户负责保管。

3.用户帐号在丢失或遗忘密码后，须遵照的申诉途径及时申诉请求找回帐号。密码找回机制仅识别申诉单上所填资料与系统记录资料的正确性， 而无法识别申诉人是否系真正帐号权使用人。对用户因被他人冒名申诉而致的任何损失，我们不承担任何责任。用户知晓帐号及密码保管责任在于用户， 我们并不承诺帐号丢失或遗忘密码后用户一定能通过申诉找回帐号。

您的个人信息安全对我们来说至关重要，一直以来，我们都致力于为每位用户提供更安全的互联网环境。我们将依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》、 《信息安全技术个人信息安全规范》（GB/T35273-2017）以及其他相关法律法规和技术规范收集和使用您的部分个人信息，以向您提供更优质的产品和/或服务。部分涉及隐私权限如下:

1.手机号、电子邮箱:在用户注册时会取用用户的手机号、验证码、邮箱等信息,用户账号是防止用户数据丢失,学习记录丢失而需要进行注册使用;用户注册后请妥善保存账户密码等信息,如果用户在后期将密码泄露,导致账户被盗,或者丢失,本平台不负责任,如果存在任何账号争议问题,请及时联系我们。

2.麦克风:用来进行口语录音评测评分。

3.运动、健康 在本APP使用播放英语听力文章时,有可以摇动手机进行控制播放功能,会用到此权限;

4.第三方权限:SMS_SDK:用以手机号注册获取验证码验证登记用户信息,便于后期找回账号所用;

本应用不会发送或存储任何技术信息（例如应用发送的HTTP请求中包含的IP地址）。但是我

们保留在今后版本中收集相关技术信息以为您提供更好服务的权利。届时我们会更新本协议。
