1.技术支持和用户使用条款

用户在使用本产品之前,请务必仔细阅读本协议包含的全部条款，如点击“同意”按钮即表示对相关条款的同意。 如果您阅读这份协议后有任何疑问或意见，请与我们取得联系:xuaimei12@sina.com。

在此特别提醒用户认真阅读、充分理解本《协议》中的各项条款。除非您接受本《协议》所有条款，否则您无权注册、 申请APP帐号及其相关服务。

协议所含条款如下：

1、用户应认真阅读（未成年人应当在监护人陪同下阅读）、充分理解本协议中各条款。除非用户接受本协议，用户应当立即停止注册及使用行为。

2、用户在进行注册程序过程中点击“同意”按钮即表示用户完全接受本协议项下的全部条款。点击"不同意"时无权注册本APP;

3、用户注册成功后，将给予每个用户一个用户帐号及相应的密码，该用户帐号和密码由用户负责保管。

4、用户妥善保管帐号和密码，防止泄露，如果帐号和密码被盗用的，用户应当对以其用户帐号进行的所有活动和事件负法律责任。

5、用户帐号在丢失或遗忘密码后，须遵照的申诉途径及时申诉请求找回帐号。密码找回机制仅识别申诉单上所填资料与系统记录资料的正确性， 而无法识别申诉人是否系真正帐号权使用人。对用户因被他人冒名申诉而致的任何损失，我们不承担任何责任。用户知晓帐号及密码保管责任在于用户， 我们并不承诺帐号丢失或遗忘密码后用户一定能通过申诉找回帐号。

6、用户注册帐号后如果长期不使用，我们有权回收帐号，以免造成资源浪费，由此带来的包括并不限于用户通信中断、用户资料、 邮件和游戏道具丢失等损失由用户自行承担。

1.手机号、电子邮箱:在用户注册时会取用用户的手机号、验证码、邮箱等信息,用户账号是防止用户数据丢失,学习记录丢失而需要进行注册使用;用户注册后请妥善保存账户密码等信息,如果用户在后期将密码泄露,导致账户被盗,或者丢失,本平台不负责任,如果存在任何账号争议问题,请及时联系我们。

2.麦克风:用来进行口语录音评测评分。

3.相机、相册:用以用户拍照、选取图片作为头像使用。

4.其他个人信息(年龄,位置,学校,身份):本信息为选填项,用来为用户推送提供定向的优质外语服务,以及兴趣定点推送服务;

5.第三方权限:
SMS_SDK:用以手机号注册获取验证码验证登记用户信息,便于后期找回账号所用;

技术信息:

本应用不会发送或存储任何技术信息（例如应用发送的HTTP请求中包含的IP地址）。但是我们保留在今后版本中收集相关技术信息以为您提供更好服务的权利。届时我们会更新本协
议。

We will not be responsible for any loss caused by the user’s false name. The user knows that the responsibility for keeping the account number and password lies with the user.
