入门案例：

搭建需要的jar类以下两个为MVC需要的jar

webapp中创建index.jsp 里面内容任意

在web.xml中配置servlet

    <param-value>classpath:springmvc.xml</param-value>

java中创建  一个类 调用index.jsp

    public ModelAndView handleRequest(HttpServletRequest httpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse httpServletResponse) throws Exception {
       ModelAndView mv=new ModelAndView();
    
       mv.setViewName("/WEB-INF/index.jsp");
