Abaqus打开失败FLEXnet Licensing error:-15,10. System Error: 10061 “WinSock: Connection refused“

好久没用电脑上的abaqus，今天一点启动就出现如下问题

 The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
 the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
 port or hostname in the license file has been changed.

查找了贴吧和论坛，找到了百度贴吧求助各位，ABAQUS打不开了，大家由遇到这样的错误信息吗?9楼的解决思路，找打了解决办法：

右击“计算机”，打开“管理”，再打开“服务和应用程序”中的服务，找到下图中标红的Flexlm Service 选项，长时间不用处于关闭状态，右键点击“启动”。再试一下开启软件，应该就可以了
