当你的项目在maven中执行install打包的时候，出现如上异常。

原因：用maven管理jar包的pom.xml文件中没有配置maven打包所需要的插件

解决方式：

解决办法：打开pom.xml文件，添加如下打包的设置

    <plugins>
        <plugin>
            <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
            <artifactId>maven-surefire-plugin</artifactId>
            <version>2.18.1</version>
            <configuration>
                <skipTests>true</skipTests>
            </configuration>
