神经网络实现与（and）运算。

神经网络实现或（or）运算。

二、Examples and Intuitions II

神经网络实现非（not）运算。

通过and运算、（not）and（not）运算和or运算的叠加组合实现xnor运算：即x1、x2不同时为0，x1、x2相同时为1.

三、Multiclass Classification

如果有四个类别需要分类，则用一个四维向量表示类别。
