安装PyQt5时缺少designer.exe的解决办法

安装PyQt5

开始-》运行-》cmd
pip install PyQt5
国内用户推荐使用镜像网站

以豆瓣为例

pip install PyQt5 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple

问题：The repository located at pypi.doubanio.com is not a trusted or secure host and is being ignored.
解决方法：http改成https
一般情况下designer.exe自动安装在PyQt5目录下
如果没有就安装PyQt5-tools

pip install PyQt5-tools -i https://pypi.douban.com/simple

打开Python安装文件夹\Lib\site-packages\pyqt5_tools，designer.exe应该在这里
