出现The prefix "xsi" for attribute "xsi:schemaLocation" is not bound.

解决方式：

在spring配置文件中引入：xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" 就能解决问题

再看下spring中的基本的头信息：
