Springboot 2.0.1 Redis Cache 自定义key value序列化方式

Redis习惯使用 Json格式来存储了,但是RedisCacheManager默认使用的是jdk的序列化方式，若要使用json的需要自己设置

spring boot2.0修改RedisCacheManage默认的序列化方式
