修改Maven的仓库地址

1、从maven官网下载的maven包的仓库地址默认是国外的maven的默认地址，由于国内网速限制，所以修改为国内的阿里云的，这好比修改yum源的地址一样是一个道理。
解压后的maven包里面conf的settings.xml文件：

替换成如下：

		<url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public</url>
	</mirror>
</mirrors>
