User Agreement

The use of 风速计 application (hereinafter referred to as "风速计") by Shenzhen Wintact Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wintact Electronic") shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms of use ("Terms of Use"). Terms of Use may be modified by Wintact Electronic occasionally and constitute a binding agreement between the user ("User") and Wintact Electronic regarding the use of My CTG. After downloading or installing 风速计, User acknowledges and agrees to Terms of Use. If User does not agree to this agreement, MeterMate shall be uninstalled immediately.

 

Rules of Use

1. User shall not upload or post any inappropriate information of illegality, malice, intimidation, fraud, defamation, racial discrimination, obscenity, etc. on 风速计 Client (including but not limited to words, materials or contents in violation of the laws of China or other countries that may infringe rights and interests of others and bring about civil, administrative or criminal liabilities.

2. User shall accept that Wintact Electronic and its third parties in cooperation send sales or other relevant commercial information to clients through their own software.

 

Service Risk

1. For service interruption, data loss or failure to meet demands of users due to force majeure, Internet service problems, virus from mobile communication terminals, hacker attack, system instability, user's location, user's shutdown, and any other problems concerning technology, internet, communication lines, etc, User shall bear the risks above.

2. Due to the diversity of mobile phones, user's phone may not support client software of noiseTester. For any working problems due to mismatch of phone models, user may contact customer service of Wintact Electronic. User shall bear the risk of problems or damage to mobile phone caused by mismatch of phone models.

3. During the use of software and services, privacy information in user's phone ,ay bear security risks that is not concerned with Wintact Electronic. Wintact Electronic is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by this condition.

4. Installing or uninstalling client software may induce Instability of mobile phone. Wintact Electronic is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by this.

5. The information of products in client software and official website is only applicable to the mainland of the People's Republic of China. The products involved may have different labels or descriptions in different countries and regions, and Wintact Electronic hereto does not assume any responsibility.

ⅡDisclaimer

1. All users of mobile client are deemed to have read Terms of Use carefully and fully agree when downloading and browsing APP software. Anyone who logs onto APP in any way, or uses the materials from APP directly or indirectly, is deemed to be willing to accept relevant binding statements and user agreements.

2. For issues not covered by this disclaimer, please refer to relevant national laws and regulations. Where there is contradiction between this disclaimer and national laws and regulations, the latter shall prevail.

3. Wintact Electronic owns the final interpretation right on the contents of principles.
