bug描述：ora.cvu Resource Reports not Purged

影响版本：12.1.0.2或者更高的版本，所有平台

症状：ora.cvu是Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.2引入的新资源。此资源的目的定期进行群集健康检查。

ora.cvu调用集群验证程序。它在后台执行以下命令。

1."cluvfy comp health"是正常的cluvfy命令，进行完整的健康检查

2.属性'_format'设置定义ora.cvu日志文件的格式

群集资源“ora.cvu”每6小时调用一次集群机构健康检查，并将这些报告存储在“$GRID_HOME/cvu/baseline”或

“$ORACLE_BASE/crsdata/@global/cvu/baseline”

应用了Bug 19703199 - CVU NEED TO DO CVU BASELINE REPORT CLEAN TO AVOID DISK FULL，report文件将在node1删除，

只留最新的5条，但是节点2不会删除，导致空间问题。
