修改方法

##host    all             all             ::1/128                 scram-sha-256
# Allow replication connections from localhost, by a user with the

##host    replication     all             127.0.0.1/32            scram-sha-256
##host    replication     all             ::1/128                 scram-sha-256
#上面83到93行全部注释掉

#下面是新增的

local   all             all          trust
# IPv4 local connections:
host    all             all             127.0.0.1/32           trust 
# IPv6 local connections:
host    all             all             ::1/128                 trust

然后navicat重新连接postgreSQL
