Mybatis中Mapper.xml文件中注释存在中文报错问题

有注释会报错

当有注释时，会报如下错误

当删除注释时

就会查询成功，暂时不知道问题出在哪里

根据网上的方法，将xml第一行的UTF-8改为UTF8
神奇般的消失了
