空项目不需要连接数据库，所以解决方法如下：
只要将该类的@SpringBootApplication修改为@SpringBootApplication(exclude= {DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class})就可以启动的时候不需要连接数据库。
注意：以后连接数据库之后要把这行注释改过来哈
