DataGrip连接Mysql报08S01解决方案

项目开发过程中领导说要换mysql数据库，于是新建了一个mysql数据库，用DataGrip去连接，一直报如下错误：

[08S01]
    Communications link failure

    The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate).

从提示的英文能看出来，是 protocol的问题，打开数据库连接设置：

将useSsl设置为false，完美解决。
