Failed to load Idlinux.c32, Boot failed: press any key to retry

vwware 安装银河麒麟服务版操作系统，提示如下错误：

通过百度很难找到原因，都是同一个问题抄来抄去，最后也解决不了。最后分享一下解决思路：

indicates this is a common problem when the installation media is created the wrong way. Certainly the error is not directly related to hyperv, same osloader errors on physical hardware. Some recommendations:
- use Quick Create method and Ubuntu32/64 template to create a VM
- edit the VM properties as needed
- download Mint Cinnamon ISO directly from Download - Linux Mint, check the sha256 hash
- attach the ISO file as CD/DVD media in the VM, start the VM.

我遇到的问题最简单，就是在下载的镜像有问题，通过md5 检测发现异常，之后重新下载即可。
