Windows Anaconda/Spyder突然打不开的解决方案

试图重新安装anaconda，但还是打不开anaconda和spyder。

后续发现可以打开anaconda prompt。

右键该窗口，使用管理员权限运行：

conda update conda
conda update anaconda-navigator
anaconda-navigator --reset
anaconda-navigator
pip install pyqt5
运行后发现anaconda可以打开了。

在anaconda中启动spyder，显示：
Traceback (most recent call last):
File “C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\lib\site-packages\qtpy\QtWebEngineWidgets.py”, line 21, in
from PyQt5.QtWebEngineWidgets import QWebEnginePage
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing QtWebEngineWidgets: The specified procedure could not be found.

继续输入代码：
pip install pyqtwebengine

看到报错信息：
ERROR: pip’s dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
spyder 5.1.5 requires pyqt5<5.13, but you have pyqt5 5.15.7 which is incompatible.
spyder 5.1.5 requires pyqtwebengine<5.13, but you have pyqtwebengine 5.15.6 which is incompatible.

遇到这种版本问题，卸载重装一下就好了。

问题解决。
