在执行 pip install psycopg2 之前添加 apk add postgresql-dev

修改Dockerfile

# 安装 psycopg2 模块需依赖 postgresql-dev
RUN apk add postgresql-dev

RUN pip install psycopg2 

Ubuntu 解决方法

在执行 pip install psycopg2 之前添加 sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

修改执行命令

# 安装 psycopg2 模块需依赖 libpq-dev
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

pip install psycopg2 

Mac OS X 解决方法

在执行 pip install psycopg2 之前添加 brew install postgresql

修改执行命令

# 安装 psycopg2 模块需依赖 postgresql
brew install postgresql

pip install psycopg2
