spring boot启动报错如下：

看了csdn的几篇文章，好像都没有解决这个报错。后来发现，如果是因为数据库的url无法读取，一个是配置文件的原因，另一种可能就是配置文件读取不到。
因为读取不到，可以看到报了这个错误后，程序并没有运行失败而结束，而是阻塞在了那里。

解决方法：
网上有推荐是把resource的yml或者propertites文件复制到target对应的目录下，这样治标不治本。如果要在target生成yml或者propertites文件，需要指定其为resource文件夹：如下：

指定其为resource root文件

如果程序中还有config文件夹，也将其指定为此，这样springboot程序启动时候就能准确找到配置文件，并生成在target中了。指定完成后便不会报错。
