ArrayList和Vector实现类

vector的用法几乎与ArrayList几乎一样，但是它很古老，从jdk1.0就有。
ArrayList线程不安全，Vector线程安全，但是性能低。不过，Collections工具类里面会让ArrayList线程安全。

Vector用synchronized控制。

     *

     * @return {@code true} (as specified by {@link Collection#add})
     * @since 1.2
     */
    public synchronized boolean add(E e) {
        modCount++;
        ensureCapacityHelper(elementCount + 1);
        elementData[elementCount++] = e;
        return true;
    }

Vector常用的方法有：add()方法和iterator()方法
