VSCode 可以直接运行，但是一旦启用调试模式运行就会报以下错误：

产生该问题的原因是 cv2/qt/plugins 版本不兼容，根据错误提示可以直接查看到解决方法：Reinstalling the application may fix this problem，这里的 cv2 <--> opencv-python，因此重新安装一个低版本的即可。
