TA-Lib 在 win10 存在多版本python 情况下的安装

由于ta-lib 只有32位 ，需要自己make一下：

 Here are my instructions to build the 64-bit ta-lib.

Install TA-Lib C Library on Windows 10

    1. Download and Unzip ta-lib-0.4.0-msvc.zip   
    2. Move the Unzipped Folder ta-lib to C:\
    3. Download and Install Visual Studio Community 2015
        Remember to Select [Visual C++] Feature
    4. Build TA-Lib Library
        From Windows Start Menu, Start [VS2015 x64 Native Tools Command Prompt]
        Move to C:\ta-lib\c\make\cdr\win32\msvc
        Build the Library nmake
    5. Then pip3 install ta-lib
   

由于本人用的是conda 管理的python  电脑内有不同版本的python 32bit 和64bit都i有。

那么如何用 pip 把ta-lib 库安装到指定的python版本指定路径？

1：修改系统默认的32 bit的python 提示符 为 python32 ,

2：修改conda默认的64位 python 提示符为 python36

3：余下步骤按上面走，只把最后一步改成 python36 -m p
