安装pytorch旧版本

网址：https://pytorch.org/get-started/previous-versions/

Linux and Windows
# CUDA 9.0
conda install pytorch==1.1.0 torchvision==0.3.0 cudatoolkit=9.0 -c pytorch

# CUDA 10.0
conda install pytorch==1.1.0 torchvision==0.3.0 cudatoolkit=10.0 -c pytorch

# CPU Only
conda install pytorch-cpu==1.1.0 torchvision-cpu==0.3.0 cpuonly -c pytorch

备注：我安装了：
conda install pytorch==1.1.0 torchvision==0.3.0 cudatoolkit=9.0 -c pytorch
遇到的问题：
pytorch官网下载慢，特别是torch包。

解决办法：考虑使用国内镜像：

删除镜像的channels命令：

//查看已有的channels信息。
conda config --show channels 
 
//找到多余的channels，执行remove命令，有多条多余的channels就逐个运行remove命令进行删除。
conda config --remove 某条多余的channels
具体如下：
conda config --remove channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --remove channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --remove channels defaults
 
//最后，运行下行命令重新生成.condarc文件
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
