我是在数据可视化求莫兰指数（浮点数）时，原数据是小数点后好多位（0.4256749604873086），需要保留小数点后四位，所以本文以保留浮点数的小数点后四位为例列举。

1.方法一：numpy-around()方法，四舍五入
