问题之：Failed to get convolution algorithm

Pycharm运行卷积神经网络出现问题：Failed to get convolution algorithm. This is probably because cuDNN failed to initialize, so try looking to see if a warning log message was printed above.
查了一些帖子，有不少说是tensorflow版本过高，建议降低版本。但是我之前的时候是可以运行的，所以应该不是这个问题。后来看到有说是由于Jupyter的，我确实在用Jupyter，关闭之后再运行就没问题了。原因在于Jupyter和Pycharm都在跑tensorflow，冲突了。
