Most Distant Point from the Sea UVALive - 3890(二分+半平面交)

题意:在大海的中央,有一个凸n边形的小岛,求出岛上离海最远的点,输出它到海的距离。

题解:二分距离,然后check半平面的交集,如果交集非空,则存在这样的距离,否则不存在。
