Cryptocurrency Market Is Concerned by More and More Students

In any reform and cultural changes, students are often dominant. Facebook, the largest social platform in the world, was originally open to students. Earlier, before the Internet was commercialized, a majority of users were students. Currently, because of the popularity of digital currency, a survey of American students was conducted, and 18% of American students admitted that they held bitcoin or other digital currencies. Most of them know much about what is bitcoin and the knowledge about ethereum exchange.

A quarter of the respondents of the Coinbase survey indicated that they would definitely choose a cryptocurrency or blockchain course, because the altcoins alike nem coin and dash coin are also develop as the major coins.

The Business School teacher of New York University told Coinbase that there were only 35 students enrolled when New York University offered blockchain and financial services courses in 2014, which was eight less than the other electives in the school. By the spring of 2018, the number of students has increased to 230, forcing the class to move to the largest classroom.

This is also the case at the University of California at Berkeley. A course about blockchain and cryptocurrency was added in spring semester, which was popular among students. However, the classroom can only accommodate 70 students, so more than 200 students were rejected by teachers.

With the increasing demand of the talent in the blockchain market, treatment is also becoming better. As Professor Harvey said, if you graduate from law school, you will face a difficult market for employment. However, those bachelors of laws with blockchain education don’t have to apply the job, but will receive many offers from blockchain companies.

Being curious about blockchain and cryptocurrency, more and more students began to learn about it. For the school, a lot of cryptocurrency-related courses have been added in the past two years, and the increasing blockchain research centers are being established. Such universities are to meet the growing market demand on the one hand, and more importantly, to consider cryptocurrency as an area that is worth researching.
