Bibexcel 与 Pajek 基本分析

分析对象：科学网上搜索并下载了569条关于同引分析的记录

源文档：cocit.txt

操作步骤：

1在BibExcel中添加文件：双击“在此处键入新文件名”框并键入文件名。然后选择所有下载的txt文件并运行files/append all files to another。

2选择一个txt文件，然后运行edit doc file/replace line feed with carriage return。这将创建一个tx2文件。

3选择tx2文件并运行misc/convert to dialog format/convert from web of science。这将创建BibExcel可以分析的doc文件。

 

4从CD字段（引用文档）提取数据，并生成.out文件

5精炼输出文件——Edit out-files/Keep only author’s first initial（编辑文件/仅保留作者的第一个首字母）

作用：Look at cocit569.1st and you can see that EOM SB is changed to EOM S

6再次精炼列表——Edit outfiles/Convert Upper lower Case/Good for Cited reference strings，生成low文件

作用：单词仅首字母大写

7查找频率——降序排序,如下设置生成cit文件

8选择cocit569.low-file——Analyze/Co-occurrence/Make pairs via listbox（通过列表框分析/共现/配对）

目的：生成的cocit569.coc有共引频率。我们将使用该文件进行映射！

9 Mapping/Create net-file for Pajek

10Open cocit569.net file in Pajek, and then Draw/Draw

12Layout/Energy/Kamada-Kawai/Separate components or just press Ctrl-K

13Net/Transform/Remove/Lines with Value/lower than/ 

目的：线条太多不清楚 

14制作向量，在bioexcel里面制作.vec文件

选择cocit569.cit ——Mapping/Create vec-file

 

15  Select cocit569.cit and run Edit out-file/Extract publication year from references

and you will get a file named cocit569.dpy.

Select cocit569.dpy and run Mapping/Create clu-file

and you will get a file named cocit569.clu

16 在Pajek打开这3个文件

 

 

评价：可视化不是很好，而且步骤太繁琐
