【User Guide】 How to use ME9F send PO message.

Prerequisites：

Purchase order is created or change (ME21N/ME22N), the system creates a message of the corresponding record if the message records are administrated.

This message is added to a message queue containing all messages that yet have not been submitted to the supplier.

For the output of the message using ME9F, output detail as following.

ME9F - Message Output: Purchase Orders

Message data: application

Message data: processing mode

The buttons have the following functionality:

• Output message： The message is send upon activating the button
• Display message: The message is displayed
• Message detail: a status information of the message is displayed
• Trial printout: print preview, a test print
