一.TypeError: this.getOptions is not a function（html-loader）

在 vue 项目引入 md 文件 中安装了 html-loader 报错。
原因
当前项目安装的 html-loader版本过高，需要调整 html-loader版本
解决办法:
1.先移除之前的版本 npm uninstall html-loader
2.安装较稳定版本 npm i html-loader@1.3.0 --save

    原因： less-loader安装的版本过高
          解决方案： 1.npm uninstall less-loader
                             2.npm install less-loader@6.0.0
