报错：XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException

org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 11 in XML document from class path resource [springmvc.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 11; columnNumber: 52; cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: 通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 'context:component-scan' 的声明。
注意之前的xml文件：

命名空间需要写三次：


但是很明显，加入命名空间时，我仅写了一个，所以报错，改正为
