长时间没开发过后端，甚至连报错处理都快忘了，记录一下怎么处理报错。报错信息太长，放在了最后一项。
寻找报错信息
首先找到第一个Caused by也就是引起报错的地方
然后看报错信息：一般有好几层调用，直接看最后一层，一般就能解决问题，这个报错最后一层是
Cause:java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '����˹ TZ 7 ��ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the 'serverTimezone' configuration property) to use a more specific time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.
英语好的已经看出问题所在了，而我就需要百度翻译了。。。
