IDEA springMVC环境搭建

1.配置web.xml

2.配置springmvc.xml

3.测试环境搭建是否成功

	3.1新建index.jsp

	3.2 Controller

	        System.out.println("表现层查询所有的账户信息...");

	3.3 webapp-->WEB-INF新建文件夹pages-->新建list.jsp测试是否成功
